Since the number and the proportion of old age individuals will considerably increase in the upcoming decades, the number of individuals in need for care will markedly increase and that is posting a great challenge to the society. Knowing the factors that are important for care-recipients might help to reduce the gap between care-recipients’ expectations and reality in professional caregiving at home or at nursing home facilities.
