Clinical practice experience helped me developed professional identity. It was a good chance for me to put theory into practice. I learned more form practicing, since I had to make sure that I understood why I was doing everything and learned to decide what to do and what not to do. By providing cares directly to the patient, I understand nursing practice is not just complete a task, it involves effective communication skills, teamwork, critical thinking and provide holistic care to the patient. Through clinical practice and facilitate therapeutic relationship with patients were the greatest contributors to my professional identity development.
