At this current moment I am in my second year studying a Bachelor of Business and majoring in both Human Resources and Employment Relations. My previous education includes my several years at high school, which has prepared me for enrolling into university straight after grade 12. I found that continuing on from my high school education allowed me to keep routine as well as keeping my part time job that I have been working for, for over 3 years. When discussing the professional identity of human resources and the management of this area, such characteristics include organization, dealing with grey areas, multitasking and being able to communicate and negotiate effectively whilst taking into consideration ethical and cultural values of employees (Peticca‐Harris, 2013).

Some strategies that will help me in the future are to have a supply of reliable networks to which I can work with or even simply gain experience from.
Some objectives for the future that will help me with future job prospects include myself researching for intern possibilities, updating and perfecting my resume, contacting firms and companies in regards for work experience. I feel that once I have gotten the experience I need I can then build myself up as a valuable person with a set of skills within the labour work force. When I graduate my goals will change slightly yet I feel that I will have similar strategies to help with having a competitive advantage within the market. What I would like to achieve after I graduate would be to constantly grow within my company, move internationally whilst attending work functions to continue growing my list of networks around the world. From there I like to see if I could grow personally as a manager and how can I continue moving
