1) Professional development - anything you have attended since last spring and if/how it has changed your practice I am taking Rigor Redefined in High School Mathematics through RESA. One way that this course has changed by practice is that I incorporate writing more in some of the Geometry class that I am with. Also, I will thrown in mindset building elements when possible.

As a team one way that we monitor student different types of assessment such as formative and summative. When needed we will add addition problems on their weekly activator. Also, throughout the lesson I will monitor
