Stay motivated and focus until the completion of professional goals are finish. Stay organized, use time management, create a plan, and establish a career plan, strategy for career goal achievement, a timeline, and following up with the career plan. How to achieve career goals is to “develop a written plan, keep a positive attitude, stay focused, be tenacious, and adopt a step-by-step approach" (How to Achieve Your Career Goals, 2007, para. 1). Identify the resources, identify the career interests, look at progress, revise, and adjust as I go along in accomplishing and achieving professional goals.

Professional organizations that can me in achieving these goals are Kershaw Health and other local area health care facilities. Kershaw Health hospital has an internship program that will help with the “clinical learning experience to fulfill a requirement from a college, school, or other learning program" (Individual Internship or Rotation, para. 1)."
