Professional appropriate and ethical;
Before making any decision, I would meet with the managed care clinician and advocated for my client by inform him/she needs four additional sessions. I will talk to my client to provide me with a sign release of information to share their information with the managed care clinician. I will provide necessary information to the managed care clinician to approve four more sessions to gather more information about my client and when I have gather all the information and determine the treatment plan I can either transfer the client to a pro bono case or transfer to another agency.
