Prof. Courtemane's Abuse In Germany

I have never noticed anything suspicious. However, while stationed in Germany we had a supply sergeant get in trouble. The supply sergeant ordered cleaning supplies and toilet paper for the single soldier living quarters, but he was taking some back to his house. Our commander punished him for fraud waste and abuse. The supply sergeant was demoted from E-5 sergeant to E-4 specialist.
