There are many jobs that people love and that are very successful and productive at the jobs. The profession I chose was being a industrial production manager. Industrial production managers have to organize things with in the business. They also have to plan things out like when the production is going to come out. And finally they have to estimate and negotiate and agree on budgets. A individual that would like to continue his or hers career as a industrial production manager would want to go to a school like Ohio State University, an in dival would like to attend this school because of the bachelor's degree, Ohio State is ranked number one in the world for bachelor's degrees programs.

One reason why becoming a production manager can be difficult is because production managers have to make sure that manufacturing process run reliably and efficiently. This will be hard because you have to do a lot of things and be really good at making sure and giving deadlines when the thing will be out. Also another thing production managers have to do is ensuring health and safety regulations are met. This will be hard because every day you would have to be on your number one game and if somebody gets hurt and it the business fault it could cost you your job and your business millones. Also another thing that would make being a production manager hard is they have to have problem solving skills. The reason why they need this is so they can solve problems like if there production doesnt get there on time, and finally something happens at the factory they have to find a solution quick.
