I Believe that the culture aspects will have the largest effect on the speed that the product goes through the growth stages. One of the largest cultural/traditional factors is that venison is not currently a widely consumed meat, as beef has been their traditionally consumed meat. This involves making the work place as safe and friendly as possible, keeping conflict to a minimum and having events where employees can socialise with one another outside of the normal working conditions. If the employee resigned because of the way the operation runs, this information can be used to identify the problems that need to be fixed, therefor help to reduce the turnover of staff in the future.
