Procomp Persuasive Speech

Good afternoon Mr. Roman,

I have been employed by Denver Public Schools for 16 years, and worked with a ProComp representative several years ago to see if ProComp would be beneficial for me. At the time, a ProComp representatives completed a assessment (that I still have) and their recommendation was for me not to join PreoComp because it was not beneficial for me. I took their recommendation and did not join ProComp. For several years now, I hear about this stipend and that stipend, however, since I elected not to join all those stipends do not apply to me. Is ProComp ever going to be reopened to those of us that may want in now?

I pay my union dues every month, yet it seems that the union is only bargaining for employees in ProComp.
