Recently, i have heard rumors that employees would like to unionize. The director of human resources has come to one of MY regional managers' meetings to discuss a couple of things about unions so that managers are equipped with detailed information. I shall, in a Word document of at least 600 words with 2 scholarly resources, answer the following questions,:Unit 3 - ''Individual Project Labor Relations Law '',(Colorado Technical Univeristy Online).

What is the process that employees will use to unionize?
Every workplace is different, and the needs of employees vary from one industry to the next. There are some basic rules when it comes to unionization. Before beginning the process start out by talking with some

2) Contact a union: It is crucial that you have the support of an established union in order to back up your cause. They will supply you with a full time organizer, supplies, and a lawyer if you are targeted by unfairly by management. Most importantly, make sure that the union contacted is appropriate for your said workplace. You wouldn't want to contact a union that is for electricians, when you work in the communication industry.

3) Master the 'union conversation": What this means is know how to talk to your coworkers about this real and serious subject. It's not always easy speaking to coworkers casually about this subject matter. Your first 'union' conversation must be meaningful and effective, as you only have one real shot of making your point and winning over the masses.

4) Target and recruit leaders
