Process Essay: What´s A Personal Trainer?

Improved Essays
Working out, early in the morning does make people look more relieved and steady. This is not a free affirmation you can ask (or even watch) every trainer or cardio addicts, it’s like they live to make things happen. As soon as they enter somewhere they get straight to what needs to be done taking with them all of those who are up to the challenge.
It would be silly not to take advantage of at least 25% of their stimulating technique and get the same results as they do before starting up your day or a task, right?
The technique you will use will enable you to achieve or less what a personal trainer can which is to secrete enough excitement by stimulating your heart and senses (that’s why we’ve mentioned them, earlier). But here we will use music to reach the same results.

-Let yourself go during the whole song, you can move your fingers or snap them or hum along. Just do whatever you can whether you are alone and want to do it discreetly or you’re on your own.
After the 4 minutes your adrenaline levels are high enough, and you should feel like you are ready for anything. That’s because the rhythms in the songs give you the freedom to release yourself by sometimes yelling, shaking your head or even snapping your fingers, and that feeling (being free and invincible) will be with you for the whole day.
To tell you the truth, this technique is sort of like how warriors used to be motivated before battle during ancient times. Where you have to stimulate them, into making them believe that they were great and that they were probably fighting the best battle of their lives. That’s what music does here, it stimulate you by pumping blood to your heart faster than normal , making you ready to take over the world, 4 minutes later.
Let’s now move on to the exercise

Why Be On a Fitness Team? I am often asked, “why be on a fitness team, when this is an individual sport?”. I agree, this is an individual sport! When it comes down to show time, it is you, and you alone that is standing on that stage in 6 inch heels wearing the tiniest swimsuit decently possible. You are up there putting yourself, and your body on the line.…

Before I put in earbuds I can always hear the horrible gym music, and the sound of the people on the treadmills, and sometimes weights being set down. After I put in my headphones and turn up my music so loud sometimes it seems like I’m at a rock concert front and center stage, I start to get the feeling of anticipation. When I get that feeling I get butterflies in my stomach and and my heart pumps just a little bit faster and my breathing speeds up. When I lift the weight for the “working set” my muscles that I use for that lift shake and burn and ache and that’s when I know I have enough weight. My dad always told me “If you don’t wanna cry during your lift it ain’t heavy enough.”…

When I got to Lao Family building, my sister went to get us a chair so we can sit and put our stuff down. The room that they were practicing has no chairs but a small stage and a few small storage room for chairs and a table in the corner. If there wasn’t a stage, it would feel like a small empty gym. The stage has a huge picture of our Hmong president General Vang Pao hanging on the wall.…

Many religious followers believe in guardian angels, watching over he or she at all times. Sometimes, human "guardian angels" can be found throughout day to day life. For example, a full time athletic trainer can be deemed as a guardian, as he or she stands watch over a group of students. In spite of the fact that athletic trainers are here to help prevent injuries, many schools do not hire these instructors full time, and neglect to hire one altogether. Although student athletes already have primary physicians and schools may have budget constraints, full time athletic trainers should be required at every school because they lower the amount of injuries and properly address athletic conditioning.…

The summer before my senior year, I suddenly realized I had in four years, only collected ten volunteer hours out of the sixty required to earn an honors diploma. Quickly, I began scouring the internet and local listings for any possible opportunities which I would be able to earn hours. The perfect opportunity had been right in front of me for all four years, and I hadn’t even realized; Kenston offers a student athletic training program where students are able to shadow the school athletic trainer and learn the basics of athletic training and first aid. I emailed the athletic trainer who I vaguely knew from having been mildly concussed my previous lacrosse season , and asked if I would be able to join in volunteering during the football…

For this assignment I chose to watch the musical movie Rock of Ages. This movie is high energy and has fun and frisky choreography. With professional dancer Julianne Hough as our leading lady in the film it is tough not to get caught up in how the movement tells the story. After watching it I did realize there were several moments where they stopped dancing and that seemed to work for the story as well. From the start we get the urge to move with the opening song Paradise City.…

Nine months ago the Mr. Clean | Cleaner of Your Dreams commercial aired and it was a sensation. It has a strong appeal to pathos and logos but not a strong support on the ethos end. The timing, or kairos, for the commercial also played a big role in how well it did. The commercial stars Mr. Clean and another woman who he begins to clean with around the house. As simple as that may sound there are many intricacies that make this commercial an effective advertisement for it’s product.…

Introduction: Have you ever had a song stuck in your head that you just can 't get out? Have you ever hummed a catchy tune unintentionally? And as for your favorite songs, do you ever wonder what the entire process was from start to finish? Its questions like these that make you wonder just what makes music so compelling, and how does it affect us psychologically. Music is an ever expanding world with endless possibilities and what I strive to find is the neuroscience of how music affects the perception and emotion of the listeners, some of the many things it can do to the body, and with everything I hope to learn how to grow as an artist.…
