To go into a case already having a fixed perception of your client will not help you step into a case with your best foot forward. You would be already holding back something. Start all your cases with your clients on a clean slate, regardless of what’ve you heard or has been said in order to give your client the complete amount of respect and chance your other clients receive.
The third skill is to put yourself wholeheartedly into one case at a time. When you are juggling many cases at a time, you may exhibit neglection to certain cases, in order to make sure each case gets proper defenses trying to look on to too many cases without really examining your last will be detrimental to the futures of your clients.
I think I could do this because giving people a chance at a free life would be fulfilling, but I feel it would be a tremendous amount of pressure. Holding the fate of someone’s future in my hands is something I never want to encounter because I would feel extremely stressed and overwork myself to prove everyone’s case. This would not necessarily be a bad thing for my clients but I feel it would dent my mental state of
