The enrichment activity that I would choose would be Assault Rifle shooting. I really enjoy shooting guns and I it is good to know how. If you know how to shoot a gun then you will be able to, defend yourself, take enjoyment out of shooting, and be able to feed yourself. There are also many ways that it could academically contribute, like the mechanics of the firing mechanism. You could also talk about the environmental effects a shot.
Being able to shoot will help you defend yourself because you will know how to shoot.
