Throughout my life, I have worked many years outside of the home teaching preschoolers and I absolutely loved it. When I became, pregnant I was permitted an 8-months maternity leave, two months longer than the allowed leave to be home with my baby girl. Despite this, I still found it very difficult to leave her. By the time, I had my second child, I truly felt I could not leave again. Though I loved being home with my girls during the second maternity leave; I dreaded the leaving them. As much as I loved my job, I had to go back.
