In my opinion and weekly research, it is very possible that you will come across a patient that you will know personally. It is never okay to discuss any of the patients’ cases to any of their intermediate or extended family members. That patient would need to make an appointment with their doctor or physician because the physician needs to be the one to discuss the case or cases, especially if it is going to be a “touchy” one.
