The way I learn has always been that one thing I’ve had trouble with, and probably one of my most challenging problems. When I was younger I used to get bad grades and I used to not pay attention well at all, so the doctor put me on medication. The first effect I noticed is that is made me think better and I felt smarter and I could focus way better, but it wasn’t enough. I started to figure out that the way I was studying and interacting with other people was not the correct way, so I figured out a different way. I started to use flashcards instead of just referring to my notes and that really changed the outlook of things. Also I started to tell myself to think before I speak and that helped me with my social skills.

Another fun hobby I enjoy is playing video games, as a matter of fact they help me focus and work my mind better for ADHD it helps me rest my mind so that I can be relaxed and refreshed. Also writing does the same it is big contribution to when I work out, work on papers, and do homework. It mainly zones me out from the world so that I have a better focus on what I am doing in front of me and it works exceptionally well.
