Disadvantages Of Having Global Treaty For Climate Change

Problems of having global treaty for climate change. There are always some advantage and disadvantage to any kind of law. The same is applied to having the global law for climate change, but there more disadvantage than having advantage of global climate change policy. The main disadvantage of having global law will be on many developing and underdeveloped in this word that need the cheap resource of energy to develop. If there are global treaty for climate change then these countries won’t be able to develop and remain underdeveloped. There are many global treaty for climate change since 1979 still the global climate is changing at a very high rate. There are many countries that still do not have the electricity, heat and many other basic that a human need to survive. There are around 1.5 billion people, or more than a fifth of the world that have no access to lot of basic thing in this worlds (2010, September 2). Having Global treaty for climate changes will push them even backward, and they won’t be able to develop for a long time because these laws want to reduce the pollution and most of the developing and underdeveloped countries need the cheap source of energy to develop. They have created many law and treaties since 1979 the world’s first Climate conference take place and after that they made IPCC in 1988 (2014, November 2). Most of countries were not able to archive their goals. In 1997 the come up with Kyoto protocol to reduce worlds pollution. Even after signing this by most of the countries the most of the countries were not able to reduce their pollution level and this lead to change in climate change. There will be another meeting in France in this year (December, 2015) they will address lot of problems and try to come up with some solution to reduce the world climate
