One of the major problems that I think California has is how it’s over populated. I love it here, but that is one of the reasons why I’m thinking of moving in the future. Having an enormous brings problems such as the need for more food, water, products, etc. Needless to say, this means that more things will be waited and more damage occurs. We the people, haven't been doing a good job on recycling to maintain our world, with more people, I see this problem I see this problem increasing. We already have a high rate of unemployment, in ten years from now everything is going to get worst. I don’t think this issue can be better addressed by popular mobilization for direct-democracy governance through a ballot proposition. I think it would be
