a) (4.1)- Consider a problem that you have encounter within your organisation. Here we have to evaluate a range of methods and tools that could be used for developing solutions to this problem
One of the main problems in the NHS organisation is miscommunication in the work place not only among staff but also between management and staff causing negative effects. Researches state that this has occurred for different reasons like; poor management, lack of training, lack of knowledge, different cultures, discrimination in the workplace and so on.

b) (4.2)- Develop an appropriate strategy for resolving this problem with a detailed description of how this can be introduced, staff involvement, time scale, resources etc.
In order to succeed in this situation, we need to develop a strategic plan. Firstly, I think it is important that we analyse the situation within the organisation to see the root of the problem by using SWOT analysis. By using this analysis, we will be able to rate the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats from both internal and external factors encountered by this organisation.
To complete and have accurate information we will interview some managers as well as some team members about their priorities within the organisation. In this way we will be able to know the current situation and understand which obstacles in getting on the way of preventing the organisation to be successful.

The management team is more professional and act more friendly towards the staff, where we have realised that since then, the harmony among the staff members has increased. They are able to share information, to raise an issue with a positive attitude with the aim of improving that issue. The openness and honesty is vital which has helped them to increase the quality of work providing effective outcomes for the organisation. For instance, when the midwife in duty leaves her shift, she fully reports the situation of the mother and the baby, enabling the midwife in duty to have the general knowledge of the patient, which can help her by saving her time to not go over and do all the works as well as helping the patient not to go through the same procedure again. Also, the doctors / paediatricians can spend less time checking the patients when they have all the information
