Anorexia is defined as a fear of gaining weight so that person will stop eating. It takes more then a pro-anorexia website to make a person want to starve themselves. This fear can come from family, friends, media, society, and your own thought process. I had to watch this old 80's movies in High School about a girl who would starve herself, and workout a lot. The movie was meant to scare some girls, but when you have a disorder like that nothing will stop you from not wanting to eat. Yes, pro-anorexia websites could have some influence, but not all anorexia comes from viewing a pro-anorexia website.
