• Family members will be encouraged to come and meet the prison inmates. The visiting hours of family members will be increased. The meeting will also help the staff members understand the importance of keeping the prison inmates motivated when they are in the reentry and transition program.

The priorities that will need to be set for the system to continue to be effective are protecting the public from the offenders, facilitating positive and great behavioral changes in the offenders, improving and enhancing the correctional competencies in the institution. Other priorities are holding the prison inmates accountable for their crimes and deeds, decreasing the prison inmate’s causalities, decreasing the casualties of officers. Saving time of the institution, saving money of the institution, improving the health of the prison inmates and improving the health of the officer are also priorities that need to be set. Protecting the victim’s right is another important priority (Jackson, 2016). The changes that will be made in the technology and supervision are to create case management system. The system will have validation as well as risk and liability assessment
