Back in the day, not many people can say that they were born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia and a not Grady baby, Priscilla Davenport was born at Hugh Spalding Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia, and she is a proud product of Atlanta Public School system. She graduated from Joseph Charles Murphy High School in Atlanta.
As she tried to follow her educational dreams, she attended DeKalb College and West Georgia College, which led her in pursuing a career in banking. As time moved on, she found her passion in real estate and became certified in Real Estate sales from Georgia MLS Training Institute.
Her career choices made her recognizable in many aspects but one stood out the most. She was the first employee hired to work for the first African-American bank in DeKalb County which was known as First Southern Bank founded by her former Sunday school teacher. After leaving banking, her quest was to get more involved in the community.
