Once the connections become more manageable, say 2-3 lines, I can anticipate the most likely spread route when an infection occurs and quarantine accordingly to further isolate each sectors.
When or if the remaining vaccines were given to the larger bubbles, either with lots of connection or few, it also plays an important role in later quarantine. I effectively performed the same function for individuals with lots of connections only. The vulnerable ones have higher change of infection spread than the little bubbles. Knowing that the larger bubbles would have higher change of spread would allow me to prioritize and eliminate factors that promote spread in the first place.
