Priority Health Care Goals

From the abnormal data I have found the priority health problems faced by the patient to be high pain levels and lack of pain management (Dear Et al, 2015), Mental health of patient being unable to see friends, family and lack of mobility (Giannouli Et al, 2016) and lastly the well-being of the patients ongoing health in regards to his nutrition (Leslie, Hankey.2015). There are two types of health care goals I could aim to demonstrate for this patient.
The first is In-care goals being to reduce the pain by getting medication prescribed, work in conjunction with the doctor to send the patient to get medical treatments such as scans for his knee. I would ask the patient if I could call his family or next of kin for emotional support and to
