By prioritizing the initiatives, Vair will be more successful on capturing both IT and business needs. Our end game should be to select the right activities that improve upon our bottom line first.

The ACES change initiative and NIE practices will allow for the elimination of misalignments and integration of creative solutions for re-alignment. To succeed as this, I recommend two strategies to unite these initiatives:
• ACES Work group: I will select key stakeholders from each department to form a working committee. This group is responsible for; 1) development and alignment strategies of business and IT, 2) aggregating employee feedback, 3) working with C-levels to select technology solutions and 4) mapping and cross walking solutions for gap
