How many times have you read the back of a prima juice box? How many times have you stopped in the line at Woolies to take notice of the amount sugar of that supposedly healthy super juice your about to buy? How many of times have you had fruit juice under the foolish impression that it may be a means of getting some nutrients into your diet? I’ll confess to all three of these and come clean: not once, not often and all the time.
