Priest Town Research Paper

Would you ever think someone would name their kid after the phrase priest town? Well I didn’t think so until I found out Preston means priest town. But my parents didn’t even know what the name Preston meant. My mom just liked the name because it sounded good with Lawson and my older sister's name, Madison. My middle name - Ray came from my dad because his middle name is Ray and my papaw on my dad's side was named Ray. These reasons are why I like my name because it is fairly unique, it sounds good with my last and middle name, and I could not imagine having a name other than Preston.
I am a person that tries their hardest at anything they do. I love to help anyone I can, because it lets me know I made someone's life just a little bit better.

After me telling her what you can do there and her friend convincing my mom how I will not be a kid much longer and now is the best time she was persuaded. It was late February when she called me from a vacation planning place that we were traveling to Disney World for a week and visiting every park and acquiring fast passes so we could ride more rides, and we were going on April 8th! I was so excited that I didn't get any sleep the night before we left. The whole week we rode all the good rides like Space Mountain and terrifying, Rock ‘n’ Roll Roller Coaster. We had a extra day and so we headed to Magic Kingdom twice! It was literally the best time of my life and all the parks were amazing in their own way. But the saddest day of my life was the day I had to fly home because that was going to be the last time I went until the high school band goes. Also the rainy weather in cold, Ohio did not help the mood too. But it was still all worth it because many of my favorite memories were at that place and just thinking about makes me want to go …show more content…
I do want to do something like archeology as a job and photography as a hobby. I don't really care how much money I am making as long as I have enough to survive off of. I also am thinking of joining the military or taking some kind of job at chilly, D.C. I hope I can go to a good college to get the education I need. I don't what college I want to go to because I do not know what college offers what. I do love to travel so I could never take a job that I don't enjoy and makes me stay in one place my whole life. This is why I would love a job and life with a little bit of adventure in it. I'm still not sure about my future and I am scared I won't be in time, because every day that goes by is a day closer to when I have to step up and decide what I will be doing in the future. But I am confident enough to say I will get myself together and be ready when I need to be. I also am excited to face whatever is ahead of me because I know I can do

Medieval Towns After the collapse of Rome, many cities lost their significance, power and weight. Because of the decrease of threats, war and invaders, people started moving outwards from the cities towards the countryside. However, this peace came to an end around 300 A.D. As I brainstormed about things that I carry, nothing stood out. Not a single prized-possession, no metaphoric symbols, no family heirlooms, not even an everyday object that I could somehow pull a deeper meaning out of came to mind. I had no words to describe what I carry, nothing at all. And I then realized that I couldn’t have described it any better. I carry nothing.…
