Pride Is The Worst Of The Seven Sinful Sins

Most people have acknowledged and accepted the fact that no one is entirely pure. with society having that in mind, we have set the bar low for what 're the "major" sinful acts to focus on not committing. Yet we go every minute acting on impurities. However most would consider having a close-to-moral day if they 've not committed acts of lying,stealing,adultery, intentional sabotage, or any of the other "major" sins. So why do we have a set of sins we try our best to avoid committing? To claim pride, which ironically is the worst of the seven deadly sins to act upon.

Tanner works as an assistant chef at a very high end restaurant. He takes his job very seriously and performs it wholeheartedly. Mackenzie has recently been hired as a new cook in the kitchen. Tanner wants to help Mackenzie out thus shows her some of his best dishes to motivate her with her own cooking skills. As she thanks Tanner and expresses how impressed she is by all of it, she is flooded with a competitive mindset to improve her own courses. Tanner walking out of the kitchen satisfied he set good goals

Look what i got!” It takes Kim a few moments to even acknoldge her excited daughter. “Oh good job hunny!” she congrgulates her daughter as Jack just rolls his eye and hopes she won’t be able to keep such grades up. Moments later the phone rings and it’s Kevin, birthday boy. “hunny, i know your making dinner tonght but i have to stay late and won’t be able to make it.” Without even asking why that’s the case, Kim jumps to the assumption her husband didn’t put in enough effort to make it home for dinner as she lays into him at a louder than normal voice.
