Candidate French delivered an adequate order, properly addressing all the parts of the five paragraph order format except for the Command and Signal paragraph. SNC demonstrated less than average communications skills as he had to repeat parts of his order. SNC was not confident during his brief as he kept reading from his notes and using filler words, which was distracting to his fire team. SNC didn't make any adjustments to his initial plan. SNC didn't display a good sense of urgency and did not provide constant instruction to his fire team members or keep them working towards mission accomplishment. SNC wasn't calm and confident as the leader of his fire team and definitely wasn't clearly in charge throughout the execution phase. SNC
