Preventive Health Care

Most of the health care plans that we have must cover some kind of preventive health services. The services could be shots or screening test that will be no cost for the patient. Three is a total of three kind of free preventive services. The services are free if they are ordered by a doctor that is in the network for your health care. Preventative services must be offered at no cost even if you have not met your yearly deductible. Preventive care is broke down into three sets which include all adults, women and children. Some of the services that are offered for all adults include alcohol misuse screening and counseling this means if you want to drink you can only drink in moderation which will not cause health problems. Public health is used to try and prevent diseases and promote good health. Public health professionals have been able to eradicate smallpox across the global scale. These professionals have been able to expand the average life of an American by at least 30 years. Public health care professionals are seeking cures for diseases and cancer every day. They are responsible for improving the health of communities by during research and educating the communities. Public health professionals must always be alert and aware of any cases of illness that may be spread over a community. It is the responsibility of the professionals to get the word out about how important it is to wash your hands and getting vaccinations those are just a few of the things that they are responsible for. There are diseases that are can be prevented with simple methods that do not cause for medical treatment. If more people take the time to do something as simple as wash their hands it could stop contagious germs from spreading from person to person. Public health teams are important in preventing diseases. Most of the countries have their own government to monitor public health. There is also something called World Health Organizations that keep everyone informed about any health issue that need attention. Most places make sure that there are professionals put on teams to insure public health. Public health is promoted and since some vaccinations are used to prevent out breaks and they are free it should be easy to get some diseases under control. Public Health is designed to keep us updated and protect us and the people around us. This is just a small amount of information about the importance of public health.
