If an employee makes a †̃qualifying disclosureâ€TM about another party in the correct way, then they will be protected under the whistle-blowing procedure against any possible reprisals or victimisation. In order to be protected as a whistle-blower, the individual must make the disclosure in good faith and they must have a reasonable belief that it is true.
