1. The Size Factor
To determine the size that the pressure washer needs to be, you need to figure out exactly what it is you want to use it for. Make a list of all the jobs that you have in mind, no matter how big or small they may be. Pressure washers range from ones meant for light weight jobs all the way up to professional level jobs. The size also affects whether or not the pressure washer is electric or gas powered.
For simple jobs such as car washing, cleaning outdoor furniture, grills, and small decks and patios, you only need a pressure washer that is between 1300 to 1900 PSI. But, if you plan on using the pressure washer for jobs at 2000 PSI or higher, than this is something that you should be considering. Gas powered washers are a better option for a number of reasons. For one, gas powered pressure washers do not require electricity, for one, like electric pressure washer obviously do. Another consideration is that gas powered pressure washers can go further since they do not have to be plugged in, not restricting you to a certain distance. Finally, you do not have to worry about the consequences of hitting the outlets by mistake with a gas pressure
