His first marriage with Jane Wyman only lasted 9 years before the two decided to call it quits. He was married to his second wife Nancy Reagan from 1952 - 2004. Their marriage ended when he passed away in 2004. Nancy went on to live until early march 2016. Even though Ronald Reagan was not always familiar with the teachings of Christ, he soon came to follow Christ and believe in God.
