I headed into the courtroom of Judge Thomas Marcelain to observe my first courtroom trial. The trial involved a 31-year-old man named, Daniel Bohanna, of Pataskala. Mr. Bohanna decided to represent himself in his trial for fear of misrepresentation. He was charged with rape, kidnapping, and felonious assault. I have seen footage on T.V. from famous trials and of course seen reenactments from Hollywood, but I have never been to one in person until now.…

There are several factors one should and should not follow in a research-based presentation in the workforce. First of all, since such presentations are based solely on research, one should assume that the topic is not a common one. For that reason, the presenter should use key phrases about the topic at hand, because it will be easier for the employees to read. The presenter can also take time to explain each phrase thoroughly, which will not cause the presentation to be drawn out. Throughout the year, as a class we have been given many different challenges in either the form of an essay, speech, or group presentation. The final assignment given to us was a group project presentation. From growing up in an age filled with technology, I have come to love projects that revolve around making some form of a PowerPoint presentation.
