When I first came into the office to get started on my internship, I knew there was demographic in particular that I wanted target, and that was the freshman. I felt passionately about introducing the Body Project to the freshman because looking back on my freshman year, I wish I would have gotten involved on campus. Also, there is a lot of pressure your first year, in terms of appearance, and it can be intimidating coming to a completely new place with completely new people. Body Project provides a space for complete strangers to bond and find similarities within the group. It’s a great way to make new friends and allows you to get to know people on a deeper level. I can intervene on an interpersonal level to my stakeholders (McKenzie, Neiger, & Thackeray, 2013, p. 245). The Body Project curriculum must be a fit for the priority population and fine-tuning to fit the needs of each group will be crucial for the all-gender curriculum to gain momentum. I will need to search for credible evidence that enhances the curriculum and determine how to measure success and outcomes. In developing the new curriculum, I will need to consider how I can strategically engage stakeholders and consider possible barriers to the implementation (Figure 2). I have learned from my internship that using SMART objectives will help me to determine the framework for the curriculum and determine how to measure the outcomes and impact on the
