Reflection Of ATPCO Customer Center

We’re Leaner and Greener
Conference collateral and related information were made available to attendees electronically on the conference website, app and USB flash drive. After the event, presentations were posted on the ATPCO Customer Center. As a result, the amount of printed material distributed at the Global Conference was the lowest ever. In addition to being greener, paper reduction is another proof point that ATPCO is becoming more tech-focused.

• ATPCO should be presenting the business cases.
• I found there to be heavy use of acronyms by the speakers some of which were defined and others not. For those of us who attended sessions that were not our primary job function the use acronyms handicapped our understanding of the subject matter.
• As an European carrier I may wish a conference closer from home ! but I 've really appreciated the availability of all ATPCO staff and I 'm afraid that a conference in Europe don 't allow you the same. Washington is I think a good compromise.
• I would like to thank ATPCO staff, especially Betsie White, for their great hospitality. Very

it makes this session much more interesting, challenging and constructive!, - Regarding the voting process: - When the majority of the audience has voted YES for a BR, why still have the Milestone 1 process aftertwards? - Reversing the voting process by asking first for NO 's and then Abstain 's is the way to go to secure a fair voting process. What happened around the voting of BR 850 is a good example: there were not enough YES for that BR to be processed. But that is only because the majority of the airlines presents are not using Branded Fares yet. Those that are using or planning to use it were not sufficient in number to reach the 80% required. Which is very unfair for those airlines. But it was good to see that ATPCO realized

Bob Nowong: Native Spirit aint the usual seat and dine set up. We’re greeted with a beautiful smile from one of their staff. Since we’re obviously new to the place, the lady staff took the initiative to guide us on what to do and where the dine in place is located. Another staff approached us and hands over a menu so we can order in advance while were checking the place and taking photos. Courteous and friendly, two things I observed about the people working at Bob Nowong.…

In the article JCAHO “Forbidden” Abbreviations, I learned how easily someone can get confused with an abbreviation and think it is something else. That is very dangerous. If someone uses D/C for discharge, another might interpret it as “discontinue”, and that could be very threatening because they could discontinue a patients medicines that they might need. All of these abbreviations are very easily mistakable, and I can see how. But, if people just follow the “Do not use” list, these problems and be…

Cabela’s Customer Service & Support Waiting in line at any store seems to be quite the norm for most of us depending on the time of year and even the time of day. We can walk in on one day and there won’t be any lines at the checkouts but the next day you enter the store again and there are more people there and the checkout lines are longer than you expected. When this happens we tend to just wait patiently because we have become accustomed to this. However, when it comes to waiting “inline” on the telephone for help, we all tend to get a little upset.…

Throughout the course so far, the topic of culturally competent care and how to care for the many cultures in our society is becoming ever more prevalent. The subject of culturally competent care is so relevant in today’s society, as many immigrants are coming over to the United States for a better life. An important aspect of that better life is to provide the best culturally competent care to each and every patient. Upon observing the local hospital near me, I found out how the CLAS standards, developed by the Office of Minority Health, are being implemented into the organization. Upon entering the health care facility, I noticed that the hospital had a very warmhearted and welcoming atmosphere to it.…

In this assignment I will establish an understanding of Interprofessional Working. This will include key principles of the topic which affect such diverse groups of service users I may encounter. Whilst continually reflecting on own experiences, I will aim to identify any key areas for improvement which could improve my experience of collaborative working as a professional. Since my blog title is "The Unstressed," I'd like to suggest one of my favorite places to get, well, unstressed. If you are ever in the United States and happen to travel to Chicago, Illinois, don't forget to check out one of the best golf courses in Chicago--at the Chevy Chase Country Club. This is a true favorite of mine. Not only is the golf course 100 percent pro in every aspect, the green is found in the middle of some of the most picturesque scenery you'll ever find in a golf course setting.…

After only attending a municipality meeting once in high school for a civics paper, I was really blown away by the level of professionalism and efficiency that took place at this legislative meeting. Although it would be unfair of me to compare the small Dallas Township Municipal meeting with the Legislative session that took place at the Historic Courthouse that evening on February 21st at six o’clock. I really didn’t know what to expect for the most part, but once the meeting began I was able to use what information we had covered in class to help understand and put into words what legislation went through the County Council. To my surprise, a portion of the meeting felt like it was straight from a popular late night television special highlighting…
