Conference collateral and related information were made available to attendees electronically on the conference website, app and USB flash drive. After the event, presentations were posted on the ATPCO Customer Center. As a result, the amount of printed material distributed at the Global Conference was the lowest ever. In addition to being greener, paper reduction is another proof point that ATPCO is becoming more tech-focused.

• I found there to be heavy use of acronyms by the speakers some of which were defined and others not. For those of us who attended sessions that were not our primary job function the use acronyms handicapped our understanding of the subject matter.
• As an European carrier I may wish a conference closer from home ! but I 've really appreciated the availability of all ATPCO staff and I 'm afraid that a conference in Europe don 't allow you the same. Washington is I think a good compromise.

it makes this session much more interesting, challenging and constructive!, - Regarding the voting process: - When the majority of the audience has voted YES for a BR, why still have the Milestone 1 process aftertwards? - Reversing the voting process by asking first for NO 's and then Abstain 's is the way to go to secure a fair voting process. What happened around the voting of BR 850 is a good example: there were not enough YES for that BR to be processed. But that is only because the majority of the airlines presents are not using Branded Fares yet. Those that are using or planning to use it were not sufficient in number to reach the 80% required.
