Five years ago from today, my parents surprised me with this brand new tablet. The first thing I thought was that it was for my sister. The reason for this is because I was too small to be handed over this enormous responsibility. Not only did it mean fun and games but I had my limits. Over the time, I became obsessed and could not leave it out of sight; I would sometimes take it to school. My love for this became more and more massive.

However, she has now trusted me, which I think it would give me a chance to learn how to be responsible. Moreover, I use social media every day and can't obtain to get off of it.

This is unbelievable because if you think about it, anyone at anytime from any different part of the world can have access to your basic information. On the other hand, if anyone were to hack my account or disable it I would be furious. My habit has become that whenever I turn on my Ipad is that I immediately click on the Facebook app. I am highly obsessed with this and I would go insane if this were ever to

The essay, “It Always Costs” written by activist and scientist David Suzuki, argued for the importance of the negative outcomes of technology within our society. He further emphasized this idea by exploring the fact that although we rely and benefit from these technologies, everything comes at a price no matter how little or small it may seem.
