The reporting party (RP) disclosed arriving at the facility at approximately 5:15PM to deliver narcotic medication. Once inside the facility the RP attempted to locate staff members to deliver medication from the pharmacy. The reporting party (RP) stated she is a resident of the facility and resides in room #106 with her mother (would not provide name). According to the RP her room is near the front desk where the "concierge" (receptionist) sits. The concierge brought in her own air freshener which caused the RP to have allergic reactions.
