I can be very naïve in my dealings with others and I have seen it when dealing with a local mission I have been a part of for the last four years. I struggle with this area because my heart wants to trust others even when my head tells me that I should not. Our Week Four Audio Presentation said that one major factor to a successful team was “building a climate of trust” (Liberty University, N.D.). According to the assessment, I am a leader and have excellent skills at building and leading a team, as well as disciplining employees. I prefer legitimate, expert, and referent power and am able to maneuver through organizational politics with ease. Interesting personal
