In order to better understand how different individuals can relate to one another it is wise to look into how one individual sees him or herself. About wisdom, the Bible says, “Do not forsake her, and she will keep you; love her, and she will guard you. The beginning of wisdom is this: Get wisdom, and whatever you get, get insight” (Proverbs 4:6-7, English Standard Version). It is wise to look into one’s personality in order to gain insight into how life can be lived fully and in right standing with God. The Prentice Hall’s Self-Assessment shows how a person’s personality, values, motivations, and decision making styles can be transformed to make the person a better leader and co-worker. While the questionnaire does not correlate all of these traits together, it does explain how these different areas can be improved at each stage. Needs work

I can be very naïve in my dealings with others and I have seen it when dealing with a local mission I have been a part of for the last four years. I struggle with this area because my heart wants to trust others even when my head tells me that I should not. Our Week Four Audio Presentation said that one major factor to a successful team was “building a climate of trust” (Liberty University, N.D.). According to the assessment, I am a leader and have excellent skills at building and leading a team, as well as disciplining employees. I prefer legitimate, expert, and referent power and am able to maneuver through organizational politics with ease. Interesting personal
