Learning the science between babies is crucial for an educator to know. This concept is sort of compared to knowing your opponent before you play them in a game. This gives you different advantage points on how to handle them. Genetics, Prenatal care, and birth are the main concepts that you need to know about the history of a baby. Genetics is the disorders the child could have; usually it runs in the family. Prenatal Development is what the mother needs to know while she is pregnant; this usually includes taking special vitamins and different rituals. Birth is how the baby comes out of the mother and into the world.
Genetics is the history of diseases in the family. There are many different genetic diseases and traits. This can determine how the child acts in class may respond to different people. Most the time soon-to-become mothers consume prenatal vitamins that contain higher vitamin supplements to support a healthy pregnancy. There are three stages of prenatal development: Period of the ovum, Period of the embryo and period of the fetus. Period of the ovum occurs from conception to two weeks and cell differentiation occurs. The fetus in this stage will gather the genes he will maintain and reject. Miscarriage is very common in period of the ovum. Period f the embryo occurs two weeks to 8 weeks. Most of the main organs are formed at this period and the heart starts to beat. This is when the fetus becomes “alive”, making it controversial for people to have an abortion after the period of the ovum because the fetus starts their life officially. Period of the fetus begins after period of embryo to birth. Most of the fetus limbs grow at this time period, and the brain develops very quickly.
