Additionally, pregnant adolescents are highly different group as compared to adults in their social and personal environment and also in their psychological development. Therefore, in order to educate them about the pregnancy outcomes and complications, it is important make them aware about beneficial effects of prenatal care. When teen pregnancy occurs, at that time that have fewest resources and in order to make a living they start working at early age. So they did not get time to educate themselves or to be self-supporting or to identify outside support system (Tilghman, 2008). Poverty also plays a major role in life of pregnant teen.
