Prenatal Care Is Good Or Bad

There are things we could do to help are bodies even before we decided to have a child. Take folic acid every day. If you are a smoker or a drink alcohol get help to stop. Not only is it bad you’re a baby it’s even harder on your health. Make sure you have vaccinations are up to date. Be cautions of over counter medicines you take they can be harmful also. Mothers who choose not to get prenatal care during her pregnancy have a higher chance of something being wrong with their babies. We are even told by are doctor to avoid certain toxic and chemicals even if we a have cat we are unable to change the litter box. Getting early and regular prenatal care is extremely important not only to your health also your babies.
