Any small business benefits with the use of the latest information technology and with the extensive use of IT economic growth of a small business is comparable with any large size business (Wang & Wang, 2014). Therefore, when Premier Group would have the latest technologies in place, they would have good economic growth. They would save time and energy of the employees spent of the tasks which could be managed by technology. This would give a room to do more recruitment work, which would be helpful to achieve the target of 20% increase in recruitment over next 5 years.

Therefore, before implementing the change management plan in the Premier Group all the above mentioned aspects should be considered. The change should be communicated properly along with the expectations and role of the employee in the change management with the employees at all levels of hierarchy, which would not be the problem for the Premier Group. This is because, in Premier Group there are good formal and informal relationships amongst the employees (Premier Group, 2016). In addition to this, effective training must be given to the employees after reviewing and before implementing the change in Premier Group to enhance the quality of services provided. This is because there can be issues of employee dissatisfaction whilst implementing changes in revised business plan. Checking whether the change is implemented as per the plan is an important task too. Therefore, In the Premier Group it should be reviewed and checked at all levels of management …show more content…
This is because, the improvement in recruitment business from existing clients and new clients in the existing sectors as a result of aggressive marketing strategy. However, Premier group could not get new clients in new sectors as expected in last 5 years. In addition to the increased client base, because of use of latest technologies and proper training facilities, productivity of employees improved by 20% in last 5 years. All the above business performance improvements got translated in the better financial performance over the period of 5 years.
