Nearly all the vital organs of your baby are fully mature and ready to function. The lungs are the last to reach full maturity within the womb.

Your baby’s eye color can change after birth. Her irises change color as they gain more pigments in the months after birth.
With your baby filling up your uterus, you might find that her movements are slower and mellower than before. She might be settling into longer periods of rest. However, you should be aware of long periods of total inactivity as they signal fetal distress.
