What is racism, racism is a belief in which some people believe that each race possess characteristics or abilities specific to that race, It is a way of being prejudice and discriminatory against other people and their race. Surprisingly to know there is still racism here in America even after the civil rights movement was establish, it just hidden in different ways. Racism is hides in many different ways, such as the jobs, grocery stores, the real estate market and the schools our children attend. When minorities apply for jobs or fill out an application for a home the rules of the game change. Minorities tend to get the lesser paying jobs and the higher mortgage rates offered. It doesn’t matter that we have the EEOC
