Pregnancy week 28:
All set? Are you ready for the D-day to arrive? I am sure that you must be very happy and excited as you have came a long way now only a few days are left for your baby to arrive and be ready to face sleepless yet pleasant nights ahead. Your entire family is busy making preparations to welcome the little one with a huge celebration. Now you are going through the ending stage of your pregnancy and so a lot of last minute tests are going on, and so you have keep in touch with your doctor all the time.

How the baby is getting developed:
• Your baby is now sixteen inches long and weighs around 3-4 pounds and growing very steadily, though in the previous week your baby’s growth may have disrupted but now again it is growing

The brain is getting developed rapidly to adjust with the outside world all the sensitive tissues and other important organs of your baby’s brain are growing specially the part of the brain which will lead to consciousness are mainly getting mature.

Mother body changes:

• At this time constipation is a very common symptom a pregnant mother goes through this happens because of the increasing size of your uterus applies pressure to your colon. A lot of other symptoms like fatigue, leg cramps, frequent urination insomnia and many more.

• You might be spending all the time thinking about your baby, reading different kinds of journals about pregnancy and baby, with the increasing rate of your weight your back pains continues to bother you. You may also experience some heartburn as your uterus is growing and continuously increasing and coming up to your belly button and making you feel heavy.

 Consumption of proper diet: Just make sure that you are having a healthy and germ free diet. You may eat whatever you like but still you should check on the calorie intake if you want to keep an eye on your increasing weight. Include a lot of fruits and vegetables in your diet and try to eat homemade food which will consist of lots of vital nutrients and plenty of
