Over the past eight weeks, every aspect of the Precision Chem-Dry organization has been evaluated to pinpoint where the single point of management break down is occurring. From this evaluation it was determined that Precision Chem -Dry is currently suffering from the poor management of finances and resources, which is ultimately creating a negative impact on the organization’s bottom line and hindering its growth potential. It has been determined that this management problem was created by two large factors or commonly made mistakes to include that of not investing enough capital back into the organization along with gaining a false sense of the organizations financial standings from co-milling, both the organization’s and personal bank accounts. …show more content…
