If one would go around and ask the constituents of College of Dupage about their biggest issue on campus some would complain about the cafeteria food chains, the educational policies but the one complaint you would hear the most would be parking. Every year there are about 28,000 students who enroll, meaning they all attend by either riding the bus or driving. Majority of them drive, considering the fact that they are also new drivers who enjoy their newfound freedom. This paper examines the case study of Oakfield Community College (OCC), which is located in the Midwest rural area and has three campus locations in the state.
