PER REPORTER: Mattie stated that she is making this report for Dr.Vaughn. She stated that their patient Keliver came into the clinic today, and she started asking her a million questions. Mattie stated that while she was asking Keliver question she started telling her about an incident that occurred today while she was baby sitting. She stated that Keliver told her that while she was baby sitting Jacaseyon, he made her mad because he opened some presents that she had rapped for her grandchildren. Keliver stated that when the child opened the gifts she whipped him, and he called her a “bitch” and she asked “what did you call me and said “a fat bitch”. Mattie stated that Keliver told her that she then got very upset, and she punched the child in the face with a closed fist. …show more content…
Mattie stated that Keliver told her that Mahongany was at work when the incident took place. It is unknown if the child’s mother is aware of the incident. Mattie also stated that Keliver told her that this is her first time keeping the child. Mattie stated that she got on to Keliver for hitting the child, and she told her that she did not need to keep Jacaseyon or any other child again. Mattie stated that Keliver has mental issues and is supposed to be on psychiatric medications, but she has not taken them in a very long time. Mattie stated that when she confronted Keliver about hitting Jacaseyon she responded “if he wants to act like a man then I am going to treat him like one”. Mattie also stated that her other staff members told her that Keliver said that Jacaseyon made her want to kill him. Keliver also stated that her daughter felt the same way about Jacaseyon. Mattie stated that according to Keliver neither Mahongany nor Jacaseyon have a stable place to
